Time: 9:15am to 10:15am
This class is 60 minutes of low impact high intensity movement that is perfect for any age, size, and fitness level. We will incorporate many forms of aerobic movement, resistance training, and deep stretch to lift your spirits and your glutes. Non competitive and relaxed atmosphere. No coordination required! As long as you are moving, making friends, and smiling you are a success.

Come early or stay late to enjoy our in-house Coffee Shop.
A great time to make new friends or catch up with old ones.
Open 8am to Noon
Wear comfortable clothing and cross training type athletic shoes.
Bring water, mat, and lots of friends.
Come early your first time to fill out the health release form or print out and bring it with you.
Weights and exercise tubes provided.
Come just as you are.
